Can't upload any pictures

Hello,
I have a problem with my http://evilhandissues.com/gallery/ gallery. Seems that I cannot upload any pictures. I made the files writable but as you can see from the screenshots, it still seems that the files are locked. I talked with my host and they said apparently it's an issue that only I have. So I don't know what to do. there are two pics uploaded but I have no idea how I managed to do that.
Somebody help!!  :'(

You need to make the directory writeable.

I did, but it doean't change anything, still won't let me upload

This is a big issue, and I honestly don't understand why I can't upload. Can you please help me figure out what's wrong?

Update your theme before doing anything else.

All Coppermine 1.4.x themes must be updated to Coppermine 1.5.x standards.
