What kind of error message do you get? Please post a link to your gallery as requested by board rules. Also, please don't post debug information unless requested by a supporter as explained in the docs.

I get NO error. When I download a big zip (more than 50 mg), I get  nothing or a zip file empty.

I get NO error.

You should also check your server's log. That log will probably complain about memory limit. Try increasing php's memory limit but it may make your server unstable.
