Suggest images to user (plugin suggestion)

It would be great with a plugin that allows the admin to suggest a set of images to a user.
Maybe by adding admins favorites to the users favorites.

You can use the ecard feature for this or (as admin) create keyword albums.

Thanks for the answer. I thought about ecards, but if you have many images it gets messy. Hadn't thought of keywords, good suggestion.
Still think it would be a cool feature to be able to suggest pictures in a simpler way. If I ever get to the level of coding plugins I will give it a shot.
