How to rewrite a plugin cpg version 1.4.x for version 1.5.x for the file codebase.php.

Has been asked and discussed before (I haven't searched the thread(s) yet, but I think the user 'cmfa' has asked a lot of question regarding how to port a plugin to cpg1.5.x).

Mainly you need to replace all Superglobals as explained here: http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/dev_superglobals.htm
