Can't delete file

Hi, Sorry if there is solution for this case but I didn't find it on board...

I've upload a video to my gallery and everything was ok, after some time I saw that the video doesn't work anymore, so I've tried to delete it but I could, I get this error:

Directory 'albums/inne/200-2010/' is not writable, files can't be deleted

I've changed chmod from 755 to 777 but nothing... I've delete it via ftp and tried again but also nothing... I've also wanted to install "file replacer" plugin but I couldn't...

My Gallery

test / test

I'm talking about first file in "Last additions"

Does somebody can help me?
