Upload limit will not change

I have recently installed coppermine-gallery. The upload limit is currently set to 1.00MB, I need it to be larger. In my PHP.ini file like I have been reading some things need to be changed. I looked over the PHP.ini and they values are set to 128M. Why isn't my upload limit changing? Am I missing something?

Yes, you have to change it in the config too. If you cannot find out where please post a link to your site as per the board rules. Having said that, it is all in the docs.
