Cannot See Any Image

While uploading an image, I got an error that the image couldn't be uploaded...
Later, I clicked the HOME button & can't see any picture...:(... no thumbs, no image at all...
plz help..

this is how I'm seeing the whole gallery..I use the latest coppermine with twentyten theme. I guess.. eveyone sees the gallery as I 'm seeing .... ????....
