Access denied plugin manager

I have a new install. When I click to enter plugin manager I get the following error

Error
You don't have permission to access this page.

Any ideas Guys?

Please start by checking permissions and by posting a link to your gallery as requested by board rules.

You're using a bridge. Moving accordingly.

Does the rest of the admin features (configure the gallery, create categories and albums, etc.) work as expected?

Hi, I think it must have been a session or cache issue because I can install plugins now without changing anything.
