All users being asked to login since the upgrade

All of my albums are open to the public according to their settings but anyone trying to view them is being asked to log in.

I did have difficulty running update in that certain files/folders could not be deleted by FTP - permission denied. Not sure if that is relevant.

Thanks Jeff. Either that's someone's new idea or I changed to total viewing it so long ago that I don't remember. Looks good now.
