By clicking the picture next to my shows

How can I make by clicking on the picture to my other shows and not only tick button above?

How to do the following things?

Instead of shooting the arrow change I want to change them by clicking on the picture itself

I think we have a bit of a language barrier here. Are you using an online translator?

I think he means he wants the photo navigation to work like facebook .. where you click on the photo and it goes to the next image. I think it can be done with a plugin but I doubt it can be themed.
