Is there or can there be a plugin that would enable me to have pics voted on in a album with only 1 vote made in the album from one isp and not have the results shown ?   I have a group of pics that need to have 1 chosen as the winner from and want it done in the fairest way possible and that would be as stated above.
I have looked through and haven't found anything relative to it.
I have the latest cpg installed and am using 'eyeball' theme.

Any direction would be appreciated.

I think the easiest way is upload that pictures again in a new album. Otherwise we have to remove the voting results everywhere in your gallery (including the voting meta albums).
