Hi,

I installed coppermine by the book 
necessary chmod permissions are given to the exact folders.
batch add some photos which are already on the server.
everything is fine until I tried to change the theme from the config panel. not a custom theme.
just from classic to another. none of the themes seems to be working.
checked out the support and help files, nothing seems to be related.
I get no debug errors or something.
AKISMET installed.

I'm using MACOSX TIGER, on a MACBOOK pro with Safari, and Cyberduck for FTP client.
PHP version on my server is 5.0.

Although there is another problem I knew that 'one question one answer' but it may be related
When I logged in from mac as admin I can make chages in the config panel, but from my pc  with ie 8, the site is completely different.

DIFFERENCES ARE;
site is in english (menu buttons, admin panel etc.) on mac
site is in half turkish half german (menu buttons, admin panel, help files)
is it because your turkish supporter didn't do all the translation?
default lang, charachter set are set to Turkish. most of my visitors will be from Turkey. and don't want turkish mac user friends to see the site in english or something.

I can logged in to admin panel from ma but not from pc. entering the user name and password to a turkish panel, it gives a message in german and can't log in as admin.
cookies are cleared several times, dsl modem restarted also. nothings changed.

I have almost all the rights on my hosting and domain.
coppermine is installed in a folder because there is already a site working in flash by default.

Hi,

The problem seems to be solved. How?
coppermine was given as a free template if you have a hosting in GKG.net. but the version was 1.4x.
I uploaded 1.5.8 stable via ftp client. installed and followed everything step by step. Everything went wrong and I posted the above message.
Then I deleted all the uploaded files. deleted db. create a new db. uploaded 1.5.8 stable and installed.
Everything starts working... (I left the message 'turn it down' because I can't delete the pre one.)

The problem going on is when I logged in to www.derinergenc.com/album from my mac it's in english, when logged in from my pc it's half turkish half english and some german in the warning messages like 'you didn't have the right to do that' or smt.
from the config/lang settings default lang is turkish, autodetec lang is not ticked, and charchter setting is utf 8.

is it some of the files translated in turkish and some are not?
can you check it please with user-password test-test.

About the warning message from google,
using filezilla on pc a bad idea if you have a static ip. my ftp details are hacked by a bot or something that. it was always adding a link to russian hackers. I changed my id password etc. format my pc. update and reload all the files on my server. and send google an email that they can check derinergenc.com is all clear. hard weeks job.

derinergenc.com is hosting my daughters photographs. So it must be ridiculous to send virus to family and friends.

I don't know anything about php but some html, xml, flash as2, css, photoshop, fireworks...

So if you like I can translate partially or fully the docs of coppermine to Turkish, if you have many users from Turkey or turkish language?

The German language file was used as base to create the Turkish language file. It's not complete yet. Maybe some new strings weren't in the German language file. In this case the language fallback displays the rest in English

That would be great! I personally don't know how much Turkish users we have.
