Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image

I have JUST installed this, and im getting this message when I batch upload or single upload: "Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image"
- File: /home/mysterio/public_html/Gallery/db_input.php - Line: 670

Ok so I got it to work but using GD Version 2.x and GD version 1.x but not ImageMagick.
