Default Coppermine will be used for user registration and store user "standardized" face photo

The custom plugin will be responsible for the following:
1: user uploads his face photo , the plugin help him to standardize the photo to a specified size and orientation
2: upload the "standardized" photo to his own "user face" album(the album will be created automatically when the user register as a member)
3: the user can call any of his face photo to try the specs

How to activate the plugin:
In every product page in my shopping cart (by oscommerce/zencart, etc), there is a link like this:
http://www.mycoppmine.com/{product sku}{language}

when the user click this link, the plugin will be loaded in shadow box (or thickbox, ect)
1: if he logged in and have uploaded his face photo, the plugin will show up his face photo and the specified specs and language
2: if he is not logged in , demo face photo will be shown

Is it possible to achieve this using coppermine?
