I recently upgraded from 1.4.26 to 1.5.6 which totally broke my Dfire theme. I found a replacement Bully Buttock theme, IFeelDirty-v, also BButtock, modified the graphics and uploaded it this morning.

I logged in and got errors that allowed video and audio types were invalid so I changed the Theme setting and entered types from the help files (since we don't allow either I find it wearisome that 1.5.6 requires entires regardless). but!

When I click Update configuration I'm unable to do so as now it throws a "A valid form token could not be found" error. This pretty effectively locks me out of making changes to my installation.

I've searched the forum and the solutions are beyond my scope. I cannot change my ISP, I have no other access to even seen if my ISP is the problem. I am also totally unable to create troubleshooting account because I can't change anything in my configeration.

I need suggestions on how to access my installations configuration. If this upgrade hadn't required a db upgrade I'd download 1.4.26 from another account I have and just muddle along regardless but my Non-Profit needs this gallery in order to run one of our major fundraisers of the year. Submission of photos for voting, winners go into our yearly calendar.

Thanks for any help

After wasting 2 full days I finally figured out what has to be done in order to get rid of this error.

WHY someone couldn't respond to the people that have had this problem that it's a COOKIE I don't know!

I went into Fx deleted the cookie for this domain, removed the reference to it in the URL and Lo N' Behold I had absolutely no trouble at all!

Maybe logging out instead of having CP remember your loggin resets the cookie I don't know but it's totally sad that no one could offer anyone such a simple explanation!

The team is small and not here every day. Sometimes you just have to be patient or work things out for yourself. Coppermine is a free, opensource project developed by people doing it as a hobby or as a way to improve their own skills. None of us are paid so please do not insult us or call us sad for not jumping to your aid.
