cannot edit title in filmstrip mode

Hello.  In filmstrip mode in my gallery, there is a link below each picture when it is selected, that says "Edit Title."  When I click on that, it expands, and gives me fields.  One says "Title" and the other says "Tags."  There is also an apply button.

However when I try to edit any of these fields, and hit apply, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cpggetmicrotime() (previously declared in /var/www/include/init.inc.php:27) in /var/www/include/init.inc.php on line 29

But I can edit the title of the picture when I go in manually to "Edit File Information"

I apologize that I cannot send the link to my site, but I do not have a public URL at this point, with the pictures being of a sensitive nature.
I have included a screenshot, however.
I am using coppermine 1.5.6, and this is a core feature, not a plugin as far a I can tell.
phpinfo debug output is attached.

Sorry, the problem was due to a plugin after all... called FastEdit.  I don't believe it is compatible with Coppermine 1.5.6, and so I have removed the plugin.  Issue is resolved.
