No more ability to enter file information at the point of upload?

Hi there,

My site is here:
http://www.retardedcars.com

Before I upgraded today, I'd upload a file, click "continue" and then be taken to a page where I'd insert information (title, description, keywords, etcetera) before finalizing. Now, I submit the file and have to edit it to add this information. Did a setting change that's causing this to happen since the upgrade?

Thank you. I checked to make sure this was set - it was - but now it works. Maybe submitting the form again made a difference.. :)
