Hi, I have a problem with uploading plugins..
If I upload with the plugin manager the plugin that I try to upload does not show up into the list of not installed plugins yet.
However, I check on my FTP and the folder of the plugin does show in de plugin folder...

But I can't seem to install it!
It's about the cpmfetch plugin..
I also tried to type this into my browers http://www.conradfangallery.fansitehost.org/pluginmgr.php?op=install&p=cpmfetch

but that's not working either...

Try reading the instructions for cpmfetch - http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,35450.0.html

It is not a standard plugin and is not installed via the plugin manager. You will need to spend some time reading the guides Vuud provides to understand how it works.
