Album viewed counter
« on: June 04, 2010, 10:05:00 pm »

Hi

i just upgraded my coppermine galley to version 1.5.4.

Upon viewing my new installation, in each category, beneath each album, it says "Album viewed 0 times".

As the site has been running for two years and has had thousands of hits, this information is incorrect.  Therefore, I need to switch it off.

However, how do I do this ?

Thanks
Jonathan

You need to remove all instances of {ALB_HITS} from your theme.php

If you cannot work it out then please post a link to your site as requires in the board rules - http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,55415.msg270616.html#msg270616

Hello, I have the same problem here:

http://www.gospel.bo.it/

But for me it would be better to see the number of visualizations.

Any ideas?

Do you mean the sum of all file views of that album?
