Replicate all tables except for the user table with a new name/prefix.  Then edit the init.inc.php files where the table names are defined.

I merged your postings, but starting a new thread if your old one was locked is not the way to go. Did the thought ever cross your mind that the thread was being locked on purpose? Maybe we don't want to answer... >:(
I told you before: if you want to modify coppermine, you're on your own. If you can't achieve the goal you want to achieve, then the additional feature just won't be there. We will not code your modifications! You're always requesting that some dev should actually do the coding for you... If you don't understand coppermine good enough, then you'll have to learn and experiment instead of turning to this place for help.
