« on: April 10, 2010, 06:48:34 pm »

After I select INSERT SELECTED FILES, it just takes me back to searchnew.php?insert=1.

Actual link is http://beyonceknowlesonline.com/photos/ and not just beyonceknowlesonline.com/photos
Gallery is offline, so the test user account doesn't help much. Please don't waste our time...

You need to follow the steps outlined in your documents.

http://beyonceknowlesonline.com/photos/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble

http://beyonceknowlesonline.com/photos/docs/index.htm#upload_support

Make certain that yo have followed all of the steps and instructions before returning. Then someone might be able to provide some assistance.

PvtPulse has been told so before, e.g. in
Update and then read this: Asking for support on upload issues
In fact he/she has been told so often that it hurts. You'll just get ignored in the future if you don't respect the rules (and yes: this includes reading the docs before asking).

Ok, now I've tried that. when I http upload everything goes fine. But when I batch upload, it just continues to return to the searchnew.php?insert=1 instead of inserting. I need BATCH UPLOAD because I have thousands of pictures to add. I hope you can help me because it seems alot of people on this board aren't going to do anything but leave rude responses as users try to figure out their product.

You need to follow the steps outlined in your documents.

File uploads have not been set to 1 - URI uploads are ON. You were asked and directed towards following some simple steps so that someone could spend their time trying to help. Unfortunately you have tried to second guess or just don't want to spend your own time setting up the gallery as is required and documented in the links that you were provided.

This is a technical support forum where support is volunteered for free by unpaid people. The documents were written by the people who have written the code and know better than most of us do.

Once again - read and follow all of the steps
http://beyonceknowlesonline.com/photos/docs/index.htm#upload_support
Do not return until you have done so.

........as users try to figure out their product.
Read the manual - it has already been figured.

You really need to review your attitude: first of all, this is not a "product", as we don't make money with it, so you better drop the snobbish "I'm the paying customer and want to get treated that way" attitude: you're not paying anything - neither for the product nor for the support. All you did is behaving difficult and not doing as suggested. After being told to do show some respect you post such nonsense as the stuff you posted above. You have a record of misbehaviour, and I'm not going to tolerate this any longer.
I'm giving you some time to review your attitude: your banned from posting for a week. Next ban will be permanent.
