Make IPTC-items visible

How can I make the IPTC items visible (like title or describtion). I have read in the forum that it's possible to use it as description below the image. But i couldn't get it to work. Please help!

today i've tried a lot, but still no success.
i like to upload pictures with my mobile  phone (nokia 97 mini) via pixelpipe direct to my account using ftp. it's working very well using timer.php. the last big milestone is to display the comments i've added on my mobile phone below the pictures on coppermine gallery.(i am not shure anymore whether this comments are included in the EXCIF or IPTC part)
could you please help me with that?
