Template keeps stretching after saving new setting in the config, have the template width set to 100% at present (have tried 80%).

Last time this occurred I restored the factory default and then selected the eyeball theme and the eyeball template was restored to its original width. After going through and changing gallery setting in the config, one being trialling 80% width the template became stretched again.
When logged in as admin and other tabs are selected like albums, users, the template is restored to its original size, problem only occurring in the actual gallery like homepage, category's, viewing photos.

Just deleted a photo file that was not displaying, may have been to big.
