Need developer for mobile device detection / template redirection

I wish to employ a developer to write an detection script for mobile devices, and switch to a different, minimalist template. Need ASAP. Budget is whatever it takes, several hundred dollars is no problem. Ideally mobile template would work independently of main site one, ie, 1-2 albums in a row, larger album thumbs. Have played around with the CuMin mobile code but it's buggy and that development seems to have halted. Would prefer this approach to building another install and requiring upload to both installs. Instant payment via PayPal, references on request. Send URLs of mobile-friendly CPG setups you've done please.
