How to remove forum access off menu till after login.

I have searched but unable to find a solution. I want to take the forum menu botton off and not make it accessable till after logging in. I can't remember how to do this. I know it is simple but could you please let me know the steps?  That way only gallery members may have access to the forum.  Thank you.
