Start by upgrading to 1.4.26 as you are a little out of date. The table the error refers to is something to do with the modpack but upgrade first and then we'll look further.

Has that cured your problem? Do you use the modpack (there is a version for 1.4.26) or do you need a specific feature of the modpack that cannot be achieved with one of the available plugins?

Yes and No because I was trying to install Stramm and it has worked on all the other coppermines using the 1.4.25 as the 6 is not available... however do you have any ideas on how Stramm can work without getting the error?
