I need two text boxes on Search page.
« on: March 05, 2010, 06:20:44 pm »

I want both to work as one and that the text on both gets processed together.
When I tested them the text was taken only from one of the boxes (even when both of them had the name=“Search”)

To be more precise one of the lists has to be an expandable list. The purpose of this is  that the people can search in different albums  (named in the expandable list) that I define entering a keyword on each of their pictures.
I’ve been reading about plugging “search Album Title & Description” and it’s not what I need.
The Search is extremely important in my site with thousands of pictures, and if I’m not able to set this I’ll have to install an exclusive  “coppermine” for each album…
I will really appreciate if you have any suggestion or help.
Thanks.

I prefer send a screenshot (Site are under construccion and changue all days)

On the left box users enter their number (Marathon runners) On the right list they select the race.

In the example “Maraton_Buenos_aires” is a keyboard

I don't care for your preferences. The word "mandatory" doesn't mean that you can do as you like. It means that you must post a link to your gallery if you want support. You had a very bad start so far. Please review.

Hi,  I’m sending a temporary link with some images to test it. The principal site is not built with Coppermine yet.
The idea is that the text box and the list (with the keywords) work together as one.

I apologize for not sending the link earlier. When I read the board rules and polices I didn’t understand the meaning of the word “mandatory” my English is very poor and I just starting asking a friend to help me with the translation so this won’t happen again.

Well, the easy part is to create the another form field and display it. The tricky part is the processing of the submit form that happens in include/search.inc.php
