Former core theme "classic" for cpg1.5.x

The former core theme "classic" has been dropped from the coppermine package for easier maintenance. For those who still wish to use the classic theme (which used to be the default theme for cpg1.4.x), here's the theme as a separate download: http://sourceforge.net/projects/coppermine/files/Themes/1.5.x/cpg1.5.x_theme_classic_v1.0.zip/download

While removing from the coppermine core the theme has been added to the section of the SVN repository where the user-contributed themes are stored: http://coppermine.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/coppermine/branches/cpg1.5.x/themes/
