[Theme] Bluebell

this is my first theme so I hope everything is ok.

Bluebell 1.0

tested on cpg 1.4.26.
tested in browsers, firefox 3.6, internet explorer 8.0.6001, safari 3.2.3 and opera 10.10

Thanks for your readiness to share. I'll look into it in detail and will upload to demo and download section when I get home. Attached is a slightly corrected version (fixed several minor issues) with naming conventions applied. The theme contains some words hard-coded, so it's not ideal for international sites, but it's minimalistic, so I can see that some will like it, especially to build their own work upon it.
