Removing buttons from sub menu

I am sorry if i am breaching board guidelines but the explanation in the sticky above is simply not clear.

I want to remove some buttons from my site

and in the help files on editing template.html

it says
ub menu
Determines the position of the second level menu the end user will see on your page (the one that contains the links "Album list" / "Last uploads" / "Last comments" / "Most viewed" / "Top rated" / "My Favorites" / "By Date" / "Search"). Even if you want to get rid of the menu or parts of it, do not remove the {SUB_MENU} token itself, but remove the menu items you don't want displayed by editing theme.php instead.


I can find none of these attributes in my template.html file which is in my rainy day themes folder


what am i missing?

why do you not use the final extract plugin to do this ?

If you don't want to use the plugin as suggested, you can't edit themes/yourtheme/template.html. Instead, you need to edit themes/yourtheme/theme.php

If you want help, do as suggested per board rules!
