Filename in admin mails

Hi,
I am following to change the mails in the photoshop by Stram.
When I receive an email I see 4 numbers (4321 for example), but I want see the filename (_Fju5882.jpg for example).
It's possible?

Alternatively search the board. That has been asked and answerd (either in the shop thread or in a thread within the plugins board; I do not remember exactly anymore).

I rode some threads but I didn't find any related with it.
What file coppermine photoshop use for create the email text?
