Custom Scrollbars... how???

anyone know where i can do this...
im thinking the template page but i just cant seem to find where....

  scrollbar-arrow-color:0000FF;
  scrollbar-track-color:777777;
  scrollbar-shadow-color:DDDDDD;
  scrollbar-face-color:000000;
  scrollbar-highlight-color:FFFFFF;
  scrollbar-darkshadow-color:888888;
  scrollbar-3dlight-color:EEEEEE;

i need me scrollbars to be this color.... any help appreciated... ???

you do this in themes/your_theme/style.css.

If your current theme has no scrollbar settings, look at the fruity /style.css for an example.
