Blank Category Page

Hi there,

My categories page seems to be unwilling to actually work. All other sections of the gallery are fine and working but when I click on categories I just get a blank page. I tried updating the gallery, updating my database and nothing happens. Tried using different browsers and still nothing.

As you have your gallery set up to only except registered users we can't really see anything. You said you tried updating, what version were you using before? You might want to look at Yikes, I've been hacked! Now what?

I actually just spoke to my host and realized it was because they had register_globals on, once they turned it off it worked fine.

It sounds hard to believe that turning register_globals off would solve a blank-page issue. Having that turned off was correct, don't undo that. But I think it must have been a coincidence that things work again.
