[Solved]: Log In doesn't Log in
« on: January 17, 2010, 05:48:50 am »

Hello,

I looked carefully for this prior to posting.  I've received help here before and appreciate it.

Last night I tried uploading photos to my site.  It said they were uploaded successfully but there were no new photos to place in albums.  There was some debugging code which I didn't copy (or understand).  Today when I logged on to get the code, it says "welcome" but doen't log me in as "admin".  It's like I'm a guest.  www.alaskanrebel.com/coppermine

Thanks for any help.

Delete your local cookie in your browser. Then re-start your browser. Try again. If that doesn't help, try another browser.

What's your actual issue? Uploading or logging in? If you have upload issues only, do as suggested in the docs, section "asking for support on upload issues". If you have issues logging in in the first place because you have forgotten your password, try http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,33512.msg158620.html#msg158620 Make sure to read the entire thread and the warnings.

Well, the cookie was the problem.  Thanks for the help.  Everything's working well now.
