Hello All,

Is it possible to have multiline comments?

1. When I add a comment, I have only 1-line editbox. There is no way to have multiline comment here, even using paste from clipboard
2. When I edit comment, I have multiline editor (not consistent with adding comment), but linebreaks are not shown after I will save my changes. They are not lost, text is stored in DB with linebreaks and when I start editing this comment again, I see text with linebreaks in editor. But in comment, that is shown in gallery page, these linebreaks are removed.

Any suggestions or workarounds ?

P.S. I am using CPG 1.2.1-standalone

OK, thank you for the direction.

This is interesting patch  --

• when smiles are enabled, it does not work at all, but field for comments editing looks good, as multiline editor
• when smiles are disabled, almost all is fine, except the field for comments editing is too small (1 line for new comment and 2 lines when comment is edited).

Line breaks in comments! Searching helps, that's what the supporters do (we don't know thread IDs by heart ).
