How create active text-hyperlink under filmstrip thumbnail?

Hi,
i have this problem. How can I add active hyperlink to text/title in the filmstrip? The URL of the title is the same like ULr of thumbnail under title.

Can anybody help me? What can I add or change in functions.inc.php?

The gallery is very out of date and vulnerable to hackers.
