Catmgr.php is blank.

I have version 1.4.20 installed, and when I go to add or edit categories the page is blank. I didn't have this problem a few days ago, it happened after I deleted an unneeded category. How can I fix this problem without having to reinstall my gallery? Would just reuploading the catmgr.php file solve the problem, or would it cause errors which makes my gallery unusable?

Not related to bridging, moving accordingly. Is this issue actually solved (you ticked the solved button)?
