There are alread plugins and mods to provide both askimet and capcha features to coppermine. Similar have also been integrated to the core of the forthcoming coppermine version 1.5.x.

Please search the board before requesing a feature that already exists. I am sure you will find one of the mods/plugins suits your needs.
