First of all read the Board Rules.
Second, the Error means what it says, the table already exists in your MySQL database.

You already have been told about board rules in your initial posting:
do exactly as suggested per board rules.
We're not going to repeat that for you. So, stop yelling at us (writing in all uppercase means shouting on the internet), and nobody likes to be shouted at. Instead, use your brain: if the error message complains about a table already existing, maybe a table is already existing and you should not try to install with the same table prefix again and again. If you can't delete a folder, ask your webhost for support - we can't help you with that.
