I went to freehostia.com and noticed that the plan I had (Chocolate the only free) had only 250MB of space. I think the problem of upload must be because I hit the 250MB.

Can anyone tell me a way to make a gallery Copeprmine totally free wirh unlimited space to upload please?

Sure, totally free without webspace limitation.... Have you ever asked yourself why people are paying for webhosting? We can't support you on finding such a miracle webhost and we certainly don't want to see this discussed here. There already are two threads that discuss suggestions for webhosting; review them or google for answers on your last question.
We have a strict "one issue per thread" policy and this thread is getting more and more invalid, so I'm locking it.
