Changing "Keywords" to say "Item Number"

On the search page for 1.4.25 I've modified it as I've wanted. Under "Search in:" you can put a checkbox next to Keywords. How do I make that say "Item Number" instead? It'll still search the keywords field, I just want my users to think they're searching item number.

I've looked around and can't see to find.. I did check in english.php, went to lang_adv_opts, but when I changed something there I got a parse error.
