JPG moving problems

Ok I have installed the d version on my server, Done the CHMOD deal the the files I was asked to on the install notes, created my albums. Now I am getting this message:

Impossible to move xxxxx.jpg to modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/ !

What am I doing wrong?
