I am using flickr photo links to display of my photo.
I have no idea what that is. We support coppermine here, not Flickr
This returns the following error.
That's not an error message, but debug_output. Turn debug_mode off in coppermine's config (where you have turned in on in the first place) if this bugs you.
If this doesn't answer your question, do exactly as suggested in the docs, section "asking for support on upload issues".

Nice to have your reply. I am sorry for my poor english. Actually the fact is that, I have installed coppermine to my webserver and my photos are stored in Flickr. The thrid party media storage company provides link for each of my photo and I fed the link into coppermine to display my photos instead of uploading photos individually to my web server.

If I upload any photo to my webserver it can display the image, but if I feed the link of the image file, it cannot display, and returns that no image uploaded. The above output was obtained when I get the error.

How can I be able to upload photos to my web server using linking them from my third party photo storage a/c?

Hello,

I have created an guest account. You are requested to visit my site.

Please try uploading a jpg file from your local machine, it will be uploaded well. But as soon as you will try URL upload, it is not being uploaded. Hope this can help all of you to understand my problem.

Follow what the manual tells you to do - someone might be able to take a look.

4.11.4 Upload troubleshooting

Continue here if needed:

4.11.5 Asking for support on upload issues

Make certain you follow all of the steps.

My senior, best regards to you for your reply. Yes, I have done all the steps you have mentioned.

First, I turned on the debug mode. It is still turned on. Next, when I enabled Single file upload option to 1 and URI/URL upload option was set to zero, I observed that Album selection box was appearing on the screen along with the File Upload box. I can upload pictures in this mode.

I also used File upload option to zero and URI/URL upload option set to 1. This time the Album selection box was not appearing along with the URI/URL upload box. When I was using URL of my image file, It tells me,
Code: [Select]
Error Report
The following uploads encountered errors:
URI/URL Uploads:
File Name/URL Error Message
1. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3186/3334518699_1faa471d54_o.jpg
and I cannot upload picture in this mode, but I need this mode as I'll post pictures using the URL link only as there is a very less space in my server. I'll keep my photos to Flickr server and my coppermine to my web server.

At last, I tried setting the File upload set to 1 and URI/URL upload to 1 and given feed to both File upload from my computer and URI/URL upload from Flickr. This time also, the File uploaded from my local machine and the URI/URL upload was failed. This time the Album Selection box came later, after uploading picture from my local computer. The URI/URL upload error message was same as above.

Please tell me, how do I proceed.

It is not a Flicker problem - I have just tried to URL upload one of your thumbs and it failed. It is on your end

The only things that I can suggest (because I have now just tested URI/URL uploads on my test gallery with 1.4.25 and there is no Coppermine issue) is for you to double check your albums folder's permissions settings - (try 777) and also to see if your server and/or setup might have any other write/access restrictions.

I checked. The directories albums and include and its subdirectories and all files have permission 777.

Still I am confused. Any help?  ???

Does your server allow that in the first place? allow_fopen_url needs to be enabled in your webserver's PHP configuration.

Anyway, I suggest not looking into this in detail: the URI upload feature does not do much except downloading that file to your webserver. You don't save webspace. Use FTP-uploads plus batch-add instead.
