please anybody help me why i can't upload anyfiles??

oh please... this is the exact problem i'm having but when i click on that link it tells me that the topic either doesn't exist or is "off limits" to me... i registered, hoping that was the problem, but that didn't work. someone please post the answer to this error!

edit: heh... i searched around a little more and found it. so sorry!
