Download Theme from Demo Area

Ok.. This is likely silly question, but I have been searching for 2+ hours now and can't find any info on this so...  I would like to download a couple themes from your 'demo' area (huge list of demos with small silver nav bar at top of page), but I can't find a 'download theme' button...nor can I find the theme name in the forum search...nor can I find any other area to download this theme. 

I would like to try the 'Chronicles' theme, in particular. 

Again, I've tried searching these forums, this site, and google for 2+ hours, so I apologize if I've missed something, but I could sure use a point in the right direction...

Gotcha...and as suspected, simple.  Permission granted to slap me silly and delete this thread..  THANKS for the point in the right direction though..I apparently need much more coffee today..;)
