I have tried to use the password retreaval because I cannot log into my coppermine. It does not send my username and password to my email as it is supposed to. How can I fix this?

It can only send that email if you have specified an email address for your account in the first place and if sending emails from the server works in the first place. As you ignored all board rules and posted right away without the needed details I can't tell you more. If you want to recover a lost admin password, then search the board exactly for that phrase - there should be many results that explain how you can do that. If the search results don't mean anything to you, do as suggested and provide the needed details.
