[Solved]: Error uploading files

Hi there when i try to upload i get

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6400 bytes) in /home/sites/****/public_html/gallery/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 262

I have seen something in the troubleshooting area but need instructions on finding the php.ini?  Im a noob lol

That option only applies if you run your own server or your host allows you change the php configuration yourself. We can't help you with that. Either use one of the other options described (resizing the image yourself) or contact your host for assistance with the php.ini
