Hey hey,

I'm trying too change the watermarking picture but still getting the old one, and i deleted the old one from the map gallery and still getting the old one.
Maybe i'm doing something wrong?

Hope someone can help me out :)

Have a look at file and folder permissions. Most probably php/GD2 or ImageMagick hasn't proper permissions to change (overwrite) files.
heheh if I look into the crystal ball and have a look on your batch add fullsize pics.
