[n/a - 1.3 support request]: Upload File Error

I'm logged in adminsitrator and when i try to upload a file, these errors appears:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(./edit/mHTTP_temp_aca4690f.gif): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/var/www/ to './edit/mHTTP_temp_aca4690f.gif'

What can i do ?

It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
