More custom fields

I like to know if it's possible to make a plugin of this http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,35263
Don't know if there will be more customfields in version 1.5.
After every upgrade I have to do manual.

If yes, I'm looking for somebody who can do the job for me.
